[RWP] NVDA Peculiarities, was the space bar does not work in the plug in windows!!please help!!

Hi Indigo,
I think the file you're missing is reaper-KB.ini. So try to install a 32 
bit version of Reaper in Windows 7 64; and replace the 64 bit plugins 
folder and reaper-KB.ini with the ones from the working 32 bit version.
