[RWP] useing Cakewalk Rapture with reaper

The Program Handler in Rapture and Dimension Pro are exactly the same, 
and their dialog works the same.
I can't tell you that the icon for Program Handler is at the same screen 
coordinates on the two programs, that would be great, but you'll learn 
that when you run AHK on Dimension Pro.
Don't forget to go to Cakewalk.com, update either Rapture or Dimension 
Pro to the latest version, then add the free expansion bundles offered 
by Cakewalk.
There were 2 large free bundles for both Rapture and Dimension Pro; the 
last time I looked, which offer a huge number of much improved sounds.
