[RWP] o t system access making the pitch of the virtual mouse voice the same as the pitch of the default voice?

hey all i know this is off topic but as i will have to use system accesses virtual mouse in reaper i thought i'de ask this question here.  Is there any way to make the pitch of the virtual mouse voice the same as the pitch of the default voice?  and wile we're on the subject of system access, does it have a laptop keyboard setting like N V D A if yes how do i activated? your help with these questions would be most welcome. kind  regards trahern.
