[RWP] the space bar does not work in the plug in windows!!please help!!

I don't blame people for not wanting to plug in external keyboards, so I made a few adjustments to the Reaper keymap for my own personal laptop use. It works out for the most part. One less thing to deal with in the bag. I do a lot of editing on the road lately, so I personally appreciate that.
