[RWP] the space bar does not work in the plug in windows!!please help!!

Yes, the spacebar seems to be for play and stop, in both the track view 
and effects routing window.
Try pressing the enter key to get a check mark placed.
In NVDA, I find that sometimes the arrow keys are not perfectly aligned 
with buttons, so I need to confirm that I am actually focused on a 
button by pressing the tab and shift+tab; to hear the button spoken.
, in Reaper's options, preferences,  shortcut ctrl+P, I believe the 
spacebar places a check on a selection, while running either Window-Eyes 
or NVDA.

When running NVDA, if you have problems getting the enter key to press a 
button, while focused on the button with your arrow keys, or, like I 
said, tab and shift+tab to be certain you are aligned with the button; 
Then press number pad insert and the number pad minus key 
simultaneously; to move focus;  then press the number pad insert key and 
number pad enter key simultaneously; to click on a reluctant button.
