[RWP] Issues with adding effects

if you leave it blank , all installed plug-ins will show up in the list 
view.
if you know at least part of a plug's name e.g verb , Mix , etc... enter it 
in the filter edit combo , then Shift+tab to the list , and all plugs that 
contain verb , mix , etc in their name will be displayed.
