[RWP] Issues with adding effects

There is reaper track view, where the tracks are displayed, and there is 
  and effects routing page for each track.
To get the correct effects routing page, in track view arrow up or down 
to select the  track whose effects you want to load or tweak.
Then press the letter F to go to track routing view.
If you load effectss in effects routing view, you maay not find a list 
of parameters in the combo box where they should be.
If you tab down to that combo box, and it is empty, press ctrl+down 
arrow and the missing parameters will appear in a list at your arrow keys.
