[RWP] adding an afect to a peace of audio in reaper

Hi there.
Yeah this can be done by first splitting an item out, on the keybord
you press S where you want the item to start and end, for example if
you want one minute you split it so that minute becomes a seperat
item. Then you can add the effect to only that item. Alternatively you
can create a new track, copy the item to that and then add the effect
to the track. hope this helps.
