[RWP] usb midi controler keyboard recommendations?

hie all can any one recommend a USB  midi keyboard controller with the following requirements. 

It must have drum pads and faders and it must have regular knobs not rotary encoders. it must also not be to heavy and must have inbuilt reaper support or available templates though this seems to be a big ask your help with this question would be most welcome. kind regards trahern.
