[RWP] the cbars and beats copy and paste functions do not work!!please help!!

have you  selected the item in question (Shift+RightArrow) prior to 
selecting the bars?

hey every one thank you for your help and patients in helping me with my 
arrangement problems after running some tests I now know what the problem is 
in the first test i selected some bars of audio cut them then moved to where 
i wanted to paste them reaaccess spoke all the actions i performed correctly 
and reaper carried out the actions with out a problem.

for my second test i selected some bars of audio i wanted to copy and moved 
to where i wanted to paste them reaaccess spoke all the actions I performed 
correctly and reaper selected the bars but it did not copy or paste them. 
does any one know what the problem is? am i doing some thing wrong? or is it 
a reaper issue?

your help with this problem would be most welcome kind regards trahern.
