[RWP] adding effects to tracks and ajusting them in reaper?

Oh, I forgot to add that you can place an effect on a track in track view.
Arrow to the track with the effect, or to the track you want to use the 
effect on;
  then go to Reaper's IO routing dialog by pressing the letter I.
In that dialog, you can assign sends and returns, from the audio track 
to the effect, or any manner you want.
A simple setup would be to select the audio track by arrowing up down to 
it, press I, then assign a send from the  audio track to a reverb effect 
on another track, then press escape to return to track view, arrow to 
the effect's track to select it, then press I and assign the output of 
the reverb's track  to your sound card.
Please correct or amend this, anyone, who knows better or simpler ways.
