[RWP] adding effects to tracks and ajusting them in reaper?

While in track view, press the letter F to go to the effects routing page.
At the tab key find the Load Effects button.
Press enter on it and follow the dialog to load an effect plugIn.
Tab down a couple of presses to a combo box that should display a list 
of that plug's parameters.
If the combo box appears empty, press ctrl+page down to force the list 
of parameters to appear.
You will be at the bottom of the parameters list, so arrow up to read 
the list, or press page up or home key.
You should also find parameters at your tab key, with edit fields or 
selections at your arrow keys.
Press escape to return to track view.
