[RWP] a new reaper user who would like a help session with some one if possible please

There are several ways to insert an MP3 or other format recorded track.
Go to insert menu, arrow down to insert media, press enter and browse to 
a recorded track, then press enter on it.
You should find a track in Reaper with the MP3 on it.
Press w to go to the beginning of the track, then press spacebar to play.
If your soundcard is enabled you should hear the MP3.
