[RWP] Selection deletion an arrangement by bars and beats inreaper?

there are some combinations with the Delete key and CTRL+Shift keys that 
perform various operations after a time range is selected.
the TutorMode key in ReaAccess is F12; so press F12 , then try these 
combinations to see how they affect the selected material.
same thing with cutting using CTRL+x or CTRL+Shift+x.
