OK,...Try this:

1. load your track


2. make sure the track is armed,...and, the track monitor is on


3. after getting out of that menu, and focusing on the track

4. press the "menu botton", left of your right control button,...a drop 
down menu will appear with some more options


5. locate the "input-stereo" option and select it...


This should give you the settings you need to record audio...
