Hi Trahern,
One of the first things that will help you is:
Press "F12",...and you can go through the keys on your keyboard, and
see what the different key combinations do in reaper,...to turn this
function off, just press "F12" again...
Secondly,...in order to record audio,...you must have your sound card
configured in reaper for recording,...This can be found in "preferences"...
Once you have your sound card configured,...Then you must load a track,
by pressing "control plus T"...
All of your track perameters are seen by pressing "tab button" while
focused on the track...
There is lots more to reaper,...and you will find many people who can
help you on this forum,...You can make things easier for you, and those
who help you by using the "F12" function, and make yourself familiar
with the keys, and what they do in reaper...
I know this is just a little,...but be patient, and you will get more
help from people who are more knowledgible with reaper...
Kevin
