[RWP] Is There an Issue with the midi editor in Reaper 64?

David, you're definitely getting the same display I get in XP, running
Window-Eyes; so it's some issue here in Win7 64 and NVDA, I guess.
As to moving a midi event's position, I didn't try repositioning an
event along the timeline yet.
That read only position shouldn't mean that you can't reposition an event.
did you try nudge left and nudge right?
You may also try selecting and cutting out some of the timeline in the
direction you want the item to move.
Also, maybe quantize the item so it moves to the grid line where you
want it to be?
These are just ideas off the top of my head, until I get around to
actually trying them.
