You can send keystrokes or strings.

Menus's, no but that's just another way to group actions, the context menus 
ahk can do are just made from functions of the plug-in groups together and 
hsc has it's spot rings.

More a convenience than anything else.l

Color training and sending variables and script functions may be another 
matter though.

That's where ahk and hsc can shine.
