[RWP] useing asio driver with reaper

it's actually done from the configuration dialog of the asio4all driver.
access this dialog from the Asio Configuration button in Reaper's 
preferences|audio page.
in the asio4all config dialog , select your actual sound card , making sure 
it's marked as active.
don't try using speech from the same card at the same time.
