[RWP] accessable efects vst's?

This is Window-Eyes 7.5.4.1 I'm on right now, with NVDA, totally stable 
on this particular machine in 64 bit Win 7; but I've learned to hate the 
useless appsI've tried so far, so keep them all switched off.
I guess I'll install this version on my XP daw and try its hot spotter, 
or will 7.5.4.1 and it hot spotter not work on 32 bits?
