[RWP] accessable efects vst's?

There are; I think; many simple macro recorders to just record mouse 
moves and clicks.
Could one of those be used along with AHK, even though it'd be better if 
it was all done in 1 program?
The macro recorder I used to run an Atari ST was invisible, and never 
failed, and, once you edited its recording of a sighted person's helpful 
mouse moves and clicks to remove unnecessary time, that recording would 
execute from a shortcut fast as lightening.
You needed to leave just enough time for the computer to finish its actions.
Once you got sighted help with the physical mouse, it was yours to rerun 
  when you needed it.
