[RWP] soundfonts with reaper

Okay, I think I got it.
You probably get a 250ms delay after you pushed play in Winamp, but the 
midi notes have all landed in the buffer, and are playing from there, 
with their original spacing between notes.
Oh, wouldn't it be too easy if the buffer had been set really large, to 
accomodate huge soundFonts and slow computers, so could be reduced in 
size, reducing latency?
Well, the programs seems worth probing with various screenreaders, or 
sighted help, to learn if it can be speeded up in response.
