[RWP] CoolSoft Virtual Midi Synth

it's done from Reaper's preferences in the midi devices page; look in the 
list of output devices , and it should appear there.
it'll probably be disabled , so , place your Jaws cursor on the word 
"disabled" and right-click , then choose "enable" from the menu.
