[RWP] CoolSoft Virtual Midi Synth

How do I get Reaper to recognize the "CoolSoft Virtual Midi Synth"?...

I have the "virtual midi synth" installed, but reaper won't recognize 
the application...

I have installed the "DLL" file into the reaper folder, and also the 
"plugin" folder inside reaper, but no go!...

What is everyone doing to get reaper to use this application?
