[RWP] useing reaper with coolsoft and fixing output buffer latency

hay there, under all programs in windows 7, you should find CoolSoft 
VirtualMIDISynth.
if you run Configure VirtualMIDISynth as an administrator, go in to the 
Advanced options  tab.
you should find and Additional output buffer.
you can then use the up an down aero keys to change the latency.
