[RWP] soundfonts with reaper

Waves rt, and or wasapi.

It hasn't relly been adopted by the industry becxause asio has been king for 
a long time on the pc side.

But raves rt isn't that good, it's stil not quite up to a good asio or wdm 
response.

Ms is just tryingto keep up with the mac and get acceptable almost 
acceptable performance out of the internal soundcard which was never 
designed to do high end audio anyway, not the way we need it.
