[RWP] jaws scrips for reaper versus reaccess?

I did some very limited plunking around  at that.  But, nothing serious.  I 
think I had cursor time turning up on the braille display, did something for 
helping to tweak the ends of a selection, made the actions list speak 
better, which I think only applied to certain jaws versions, and a few small 
things like that.
But, nothing I would want to brag about, nor promise that they really work.
