[RWP] soundfonts with reaper

Hey nifty little tool, just tried it, too bad the latency is so high you 
can't sequence with it but playing back midi files is great.

I tried itwith sonar and it responds to bank and patch messages too.

Just has one port as far as I can tell, but that's enough for a good gm 
playback mostly.
