[RWP] rendering reaper projects properly.

I don't remember a remove silence at beginning and end setting in 
Reaper, but GoldWave does it, and Sound Forge does it perfectly.
You could use a gate effect in Reaper, like ReaGate, and set the 
threshold to dead silence, and set the delay to a tiny bit, or even zero
You could reverse the track and the gate would trim all the silence off 
the track's beginning.
So much simpler with an audio editor, though, even GoldWave trim silence 
feature.
