[RWP] rendering reaper projects properly.

use the Render dialog , accessed with CTRL+Shift+R; there are lots of 
settings in this dialog , accessed with the tab and arrow keys.
if you want a specific time range , define a time selection prior to 
pressing the CTRL+Shift+R combination.
