[RWP] accessable efects vst's?

hey all please can any one recommend individual or a sweet of vst's that is completely accessible and has the following effects: 

reverb and spring reverb 

delay and tape delay 

filtering vst with all the regular filters 

bit crushing and distortion effect 

compressor and multi band compressor 

eq and multi band eq 

tape warmer 
limiting efect 

bass enhancement effect 

some kind of arpagator 

step sequencer 



if theres any more i think of i'll let you guys know i don't mind paying.
