[RWP] useing reaper with QWS and loopdy1 midi

hay there, don't no if this is possible.
so I've got reaper and qws working with loopdy1.
so, can i load a vst in reaper, an in reaper, set it to use channel 1.
and load another vst in reaper, and set it to use channel 2.
so, when i go in to qws, and set up the channels, each vst instrument 
wood be on there own channel.
been playing around with it but i can't seem to figure out how to do that.
anyone got any tips?
