[RWP] useing MidiYoke with reaper an QWS

Guys, somebody can help me please?
I tryed to set the midiyoke on Reaper, but, it don't works on my win 764...
It don't appears on lists...
i have installed here the loopbe too... But, when I tryed to use it, it
was muted.
The same happened when I tried to configure the standard Mycrosoft's
ports... But it was also muted.
Can someone describe please how do I configure these two programs
(Reaper and Qws) for that they work together?

am using the free version; works in 64-bit with only a single port which can
be used by up to 8 programs at the same time.
