[RWP] Problems installing the rea access

ReaAccess uses the same installer for both versions. However, on a 
64-bit system, it won't install unless the 64-bit Reaper has been 
installed first. If you install the 32-bit version of Reaper, the 
ReaAccess installer won't work.
