[RWP] useing MidiYoke with reaper an QWS

I've heard midi yoke won't work with w764 bit, and then someone else said it 
did.

Go figure, but one reason i stuck with good old xp everything just works.

Old and new plugs alike if you can live without the extra memory addressing.
