[RWP] useing reaper with rapture

First, while Rapture is loaded, from track view, arrow up or down to the 
track with Rapture on it.
  Then, ress the letter F to go to the effect routing page.
You should be able to find Rapture's native interface there.

I'm not a very knowledgable Jaws user, but maybe you need to press the 
tab key, to change focus to the Rapture interface?
Some Jaws and Reaper user needs to provide more help than I can; how to 
get the VST plug's interface at your number pad for review.
