Hi David,
You can find anything on Reaper by googling with either the word: Wiki, 
followed by the subject you're looking for, where you get the 
comprehensive manual in a wiki format, or the word Cockos, followed by 
the problem, where you'll get hits on Cockos forums, with tips from ussers.
Yes, they're mostly sighted, but I often find we all have the same 
questions.
