[RWP] getting to the additional "save as" options with System Access

I'm getting a little better with reviewing from the number padin NVDA,
can find size of files, read little bits of a screen, but still miss the
complete screen info I get with Window-Eyes numPad cursor.
Patrick, can you find screen buttons from a VST synth's native
interface; in Reaper's effects routing page?
With Wineyes, that's where I locate banks, preset inc/dec buttons,
preset loaders; as in Dimension Pro and Rapture.
In some plugs I find the plug's effect buttons, arpeggiation controls,
on the native interface, no need to go to Reaper's parameter list.
I'm probably missing plenty that is meant to be done with keyboard
shortcuts in NVDA; that might jump to screen buttons and icons, that's
what I get for hating to read manuals.
So, Patrick, should I expect to access the same screen icons and buttons
in NVDA as one gets to with the PC cursor in Jaws, or the mouse pointer
in Wineyes?
Thanks,
Indigo L

With Jaws, I can use the Jaws cursor. Under Windows XP, all this stuff could simply be accessed by using the tab key, but the way Windows 7's version of explorer works interfears with this. So far, I've yet to successfully get to this at all with System Access. I've tried virtual mouse mode, but that only displays the explorer specific stuff in the save as dialogue, which seems to be the same result I get by using NVDA's flat review mode.

In fact, I find myself using OS X for pretty much everything but audio editing these days, though that may change with the recent release of SoundForge for Mac, hopefully Reaper's OS X version will improve someday, and I'm slowly but surely forgetting basic things about Windows in general.
