[RWP] getting to the additional "save as" options with System Access

Hi everyone:
I have a client who uses Reaper with System Access under Windows 7 64-bit. Although I have SA myself, my prefered screen reader for Windows these days is NVDA.
In the save as dialogue, there are options to do things like creating a sub-directory for a project, copying or moving all media to that directory, converting everything to a specific file type, etc. With NVDA, I can get to this by using object navigation to go up one level when focused on the file name edit box, then NVDA+num6 to jump to the next objects, which have the relevant stuff. With Jaws, I can use the Jaws cursor. Under Windows XP, all this stuff could simply be accessed by using the tab key, but the way Windows 7's version of explorer works interfears with this. So far, I've yet to successfully get to this at all with System Access. I've tried virtual mouse mode, but that only displays the explorer specific stuff in the save as dialogue, which seems to be the same result I get by using NVDA's flat review mode.
Am I missing something incredibly obvious here? Keep in mind that I don't use System Access as my primary Windows screenreader, so I'm not as familiar with it's operation as I am with NVDA. In fact, I find myself using OS X for pretty much everything but audio editing these days, though that may change with the recent release of SoundForge for Mac, hopefully Reaper's OS X version will improve someday, and I'm slowly but surely forgetting basic things about Windows in general.
Thanks for any help.
