[RWP] Toggling the master Track

hey all,

I figured out that you can toggle the master track by pressing
CTRL+ALT+M, at least that's what it looks like from the view menu.
anyway, I tried doing this both the long way, and using the shortcut
key command. JAWS announced "toggle master track visible", but no
matter how many times I do this, I can't seem to find it. if it helps,
I'm using Reaper 64-bit, version 3.78 on a 64-bit system. JAWS is my
main screen reader, though I do use NVDA as well. if anyone could tell
me where I might find the master track once it is visible, that would
be much appreciated. Much thanks,
