[RWP] possibly my last question

I can't find that file, in the reaper foldre in program files, nor in
docusments and settings. Not sure why. Running 3.78.
So, what does it say about shift+A?
The f12 list says it selects the item under the cursor. But, it's not clear
that it actually behaves that way.
Play with some combinations of control+rightArrow and shift+1, and things
don't appear to add up.
Still trying to figure out exactly how reaper thinks.
And then, try to come up with a way to confirm your selections. Seems like
a pretty critical item.
I'll keep poking at it in available time.
