[RWP] efects plug in sweet for making electronic music?

I have an older version of Z3ta which always has loaded with all 1000 or
more presets at the arrow keys in Reaper.
It's a wonderful thing, but way too much slapback delay on most patches,
and way too bright for my taste, the first easily fixed by toggling
reverb off in Reaper's shift+P parameters list, and the glassy
brightness fixed with any equalizer.
I've never probed to find its own reverb off button on its interface, or
maybe finding its filter to tone down some of that eardrum piercing
brightness.
It's just the thing for dance/trance, with any sound from that genre.
