[RWP] PlugIn Window not Fully Opening

[Indigo]

Yeah, I've noticed that phenomenon also, that I'd have a problem until I 
called in someone else to witness it; then  it refused to show up for them.
It's also seen in the problem car that runs smooth as silk on the way to 
the garage.
There's definitely something odd going on with reality, like it's some 
kind of cosmic joke.
Sitting somewhere cross legged on a cloud there must be a gini splitting 
his sides laughing at what he puts me through.
