[RWP] more copy paste questions

Hi.
Still having issues with copy paste. Could someone tell me, if you had several tracks of audio/midi containing lots of items, and you wanted to copy the first 8 bars of all tracks, and paste them into the next 8, how would you do it? In sonar I'd just select the tracks, highlight the 8 bars, and copy an paste with Control c and v, but that isn't working with reaper.  to do that control left right arrow thing on every item in every track because that's not practical.   and
