[RWP] mixer questions agane

hey guys i've followed recommendations in previous emails regarding my mixer problem after a little time in training mode i pressed control m i herd some thing like "toggle mixer view" i then tabbed around but the controls i found were just the same as the once in the track view did i go to the mixer view? or was i still in track view but only setting weather or not the mixer appeared on screen? 

so after trying all the recommendations how do you actually get  to the mixer? 

what am i doing wrong? this is a most frustrating problem! your help with this problem would be most welcome. Kind regards trahern.
