[RWP] pasting

when you insert media, any piece of audio should be treated as a new
item. if you insert one piece of media onto its own track, then
pressing CTRL+Left-arrow, as described earllier, will work just fine.
But if you import more than one, or if you record anything at another
point on that track, you will have to select the item you want to work
with before you can edit it. CTRL+Left-arrow will select the item to
the left of your current position, and likewise, CTRL+Right-arrow will
select the item to the right of your current position. so if you
imported audio at the end of the track, you will need to select the
item farthest to the right. If you need to edit a piece of audio that
spans more than one item, you will need to select both of the items in
question. CTRL+Shift+Left or right arrow, respectively, will select
the previous or next item while keeping the current item selected. I
hope I'm making sense so far. Feel free to ask for more clarification
if you need it.
