[RWP] Moving around the different sections of reaper?

Well, track view is easy, where you find the tracks.
Reaper opens in track view.
Select a track with up/down arrows, then Press F to go to that track's 
effects routing dialog page, where you can insert effects plugs and get 
their parameters, plus you can review the interface of a loaded VST plug 
that is on the selected track.
While in track view, with a track selected, press the letter I to go to 
IO Routing Dialog, the same as Reaper's routing matrix, only arranged to 
make the routing matrix accessible.

Sorry, I forget the shortcut for mixer, but pressing F12 will tell you 
where it is.
Press F12 again to return to standard shortcut mode.
