[RWP] help getting started

Thanks for all the tips. It's nice to know there are people in the same position who are there to help me out. Things make a lot more sense to me now I realise that the scripts themselves aren't like CakeTalking or JSonar type ones in that they don't actually come with shortcuts.
I found the, IsReaperWindow function, at the top of the scripts very useful for sticking into my jaws default scripts that use control shift. Now I can tell them to only work when the Reaper window doesn't have focus, great!
Tonight's problem is that I need to do a few clicking scripts for a guitar plugin with sighted assistance, but the plugin window is off the side of the screen so I'm going to have to try and figure out why it's doing this. I'll have to wait for a sighted person to have a proper look at it then mess with some settings. Haven't even started on midi stuff and soft synths yet. Still it'll keep me busy for a while.
