[RWP] Can't Open Midi Problem Persists

I just found a clue to a fix for Can't Open Midi.
If you select an item on the midi track, then right click it, you get a 
context menu.
If you arrow up to Select All Events on Lane; and click it, then reopen 
the item context menu again by right clicking on the item, you can click 
with enter on Item Properties.
Then you get something like the event editing that I get in XP, only it 
is for multi notes, instead of individual notes along the time line.
I tried clicking on Unselect Events On the Lane, and I got only the 
measures along the time line spoken, with no way to advance along the 
time line to indibidual note events.

Somewhere in that context menu from right clicking on an item might be 
the way to get the midi inline editor to display with ctrl+enter.
