[RWP] 64 bit Reaper 4.30 No Longer Hangs Up Window-Eyes 7.5.4.1 butStill Won't run With Wineyes

I just downloaded 64 bit Reaper v4.30, then installed ReaAccess 1.3, and 
now, instead of hanging up Window-Eyes 7.5.4.1, I am thrown back onto 
the desktop immediately after clicking on Reaper.
That's a tad better than the way it hung up Wineyes when clicking 
earlier Reapers.
Somewhere there has to be an answer to this issue; why 64 bit Reaper; 
plus ReaAccess,  runs with all other screenreaders, but not with 64 bit 
Wineyes..
